Refund Policy
Effective Date: 6/18/2025
At LuxeVisions, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality event planning services. Due to the time, coordination, and resources involved in the planning process, the following refund policy applies:
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your date on our calendar and covers time spent in initial planning, consultations, and vendor coordination.
2. Service Payments

Payments made after the deposit (partial or full) may be refundable only in specific cases and at the discretion of LuxeVisions, depending on how much work has been completed.

If substantial work has already begun (such as confirmed bookings, design work, vendor communication, or site visits), partial refunds will be calculated based on hours worked or expenses incurred.
3. Client Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your event:

Written notice must be provided via email.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date.

For cancellations made earlier than 30 days before the event, LuxeVisions may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future service, depending on the circumstances.
4. LuxeVisions Cancellations
In the unlikely event that LuxeVisions must cancel your booking due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances (excluding force majeure), we will:

Provide a full refund of all payments made (excluding any third-party vendor payments made on your behalf), or

Offer to reschedule or refer you to a trusted planner within our network, depending on your preference.
5. Force Majeure
LuxeVisions is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds may be limited or unavailable but we will work with you to reschedule or adjust services where possible.
6. Vendor Payments
If LuxeVisions assists in booking or managing vendors on your behalf, all refund requests must be directed to those vendors and are subject to their individual policies.
