LuxeVisions was born in 2023 with a simple mission: to help people turn their ideas into unforgettable experiences. What started as a favor—supporting a friend’s business launch with mixers and pop-ups—quickly grew into a passion for planning, connecting, and creating.
Today, LuxeVisions specializes in community events, pop-ups, and personal celebrations like birthdays, baby showers, and team gatherings. While we’re rooted in Kansas City, our style is anything but conventional. We thrive in bold, moody, alternative aesthetics and believe every event should reflect the heart of the people behind it. Whether it's a dramatic Halloween masquerade or an intimate dinner party, we bring the same level of intention, creativity, and care.

Our Planning Process
​
Every event begins with a 15-minute introductory conversation—your chance to tell me your story, your ideas, and share any Pinterest boards or inspiration you already have. From there, we schedule a 30-minute Zoom consultation to dive deeper: we’ll talk themes, priorities, budget, and expectations. I’ll walk you through what is (and isn’t) included so we’re aligned on transparency, communication, and pricing.
Once we’ve agreed to move forward, I provide a contract and request a deposit to secure your date. Then the real magic begins—vision boards, vendor outreach, timeline logistics, and more. Throughout the process, I keep you in the loop with regular email updates, vendor confirmations, and creative check-ins to ensure your vision is front and center.

Where We’re Going

LuxeVisions is growing. In the future, I see a larger team, bigger events, and a stronger presence in the event planning world. I’m especially proud to be hosting our first fully curated LuxeVisions event this October—an elegant and eerie Halloween ball that speaks to everything I love about this work: creative freedom, bold expression, and community connection.

As a woman- and veteran-owned business, and as a SODA (Sibling of a Deaf Adult) fluent in American Sign Language, we take pride in designing inclusive events that celebrate diverse voices and communities—especially the Deaf community.

Behind the Scenes

If I’m not deep in vendor emails or obsessing over a mood board, you’ll probably find me sipping coffee (I love it so much I even have it tattooed), wrangling my furry crew (three dogs, two cats, a turtle, and a snake!), or traveling with my husband. I wait all year for spooky season—Halloween is my favorite time to create, and I love the magic it brings out in people.
